Withdrawals used to be processed between 20 to 30 mins for about a year. Then last week, I was asked to verify my account. Verification was quick. Once verified, all of my withdrawals have taken multiple hours to process now which is very frustrating. The whole reason I chose to play with Casumo was the quick withdrawals. I will be finding somewheres else to deposit.UPDATE - Emailed the company as instructed and still no response...now changing to a one star review until I have some answers.
