As soon as i want to withdraw they asked for verification of a card they happily took from. I sent what they needed, recieved email stating it was acceptable and my account was open immediately. Only for my account to still be blocked 24 hours later, speaking to 3 collegues online. The first promising me an email to be sorted that day to no avail, 3rd i asked to speak to a manager 4 times, each time to be ignored and told id have to wait for a certain team to open my account. Sent email that i recieved... still cant withdraw my winnings. They happily took my money without verifying my bank details. Shame on you
