3 days ago a withdrawal was held back and the next day another one, no one via the chat can give me answers to why, bank account was verified, service received is absolutely appalling and very unprofessional. I’ve tried the chat each day and they can’t give me any answers:(I have also sent an email regarding this and still no answer :(
