Again writing a review in the hope il get my withdrawal.i feel like im hitting my head against a brick wall.the fake escalations and the fake reference numbers is infuriating.i requested my £500 last Wednesday and ive no help ever since.i keep getting told to send emails but my email doesn't work with casumo 1.online chat is absolutely useless.I've been told its been escalated/it doesn't exist/its my banks fault/it's been cancelled and i need to verify again.all of which isn't true.ive had withdrawals after the £500 was requested.i will not give up but this is such bad customer service ive had enough
