On Sunday 9th August 2026 I requested a withdrawal for £385 which said it’s been processed however I contacted live chat and they’ve told me that the transaction failed and the relevant team will contact me so they can do a manual withdrawal. Coming to Monday I withdrew £300 and got the same thing payment failed even tho they both said processing processed, I’ve waited ever since with many live chats and kept said the same thing the relevant team will contact me blah blah it’s approaching the end of the week and nothing has been done no update, this is a disgrace and if I don’t get my money by the end of the week I’ll be taking this higher up.
