Just writing another review to see if I actually get a response as I've had enough now.ive emailed I've gone on the chat now my emails aren't working and all I want is my £500 withdrawal.ive sent numerous amounts of documents says I've been verified then I need to send more because apparently you can't change method even though I had done this method before.they've also said it was the bank but the bank have confirmed it wasn't and the amount of times it's been "escalated "is ridiculous.seems to me from these other reviews stealing people's money is ok.
