This used to be my go to site but not any more.Can you also please tell me what is the point in playing your umo board slot promos? Every time I've won a cash prize I've had to go to live chat then wait 3-4 days to receive it? Thats including screen shots of my win??? Surely you would be able to see it on your side...I won 5.00 in one of your umo boards that ended last Sunday, i spoke to live chat last week and also sent screen shots of my position with my 5.00 win and she said her supervisor would have a look at my "CASE" AT at 8am the next morning.. and im still waiting? This was last week. 5.00 is 5.00, can someone on here actually help? David
