The player from Chile had his account blocked and withdrawals canceled at Casinia casino and 13 other affiliated casinos after requesting a withdrawal of approximately €45 from each. Despite not violating any Terms and Conditions, he sought an explanation for the account closure and wanted to retrieve his winnings. We asked for clarification about possible use of software, simultaneous play, and KYC, and he confirmed he had used no automation, had played the same games simultaneously across the casinos, and had not completed full KYC. After a prolonged review and exchange with the casino, we received a final decision that the deducted amount of 30,082 CLP would be refunded while his account would remain permanently closed.
