Bitstarz - forfeited .73 BTC and lied
this casino and the Support of this casino was there every step of the way when i told them that i lost my phone and didn’t have access to the email [EDIT] But i was still able to login to bitstarz and the account that the email ([EDIT]) was hooked to be for security reasons I thought the best to tell him that I didn’t have access to my email anymore and there’s a possible chance of identity theft could hit the casino in my account so it was best that we deleted it and I lost my level of loyalty and status when deleting it.. I want to say one more thing about that account, I passed KyC verification identity, and also had security withdraws that I passed with [EDIT]… that said that account was in good standing, so when I created [EDIT] user name [EDIT] bitstarz support knew who it was and a few days later I won. over $22000.00 of btc.. and then the day that I went to cash out they come back with my account is forfeited and bullshit !! this is absolutely wrong. I was there every step of the way with support doing what was going on. I informed him everything was fine. This is just another bullshit way of bitstarz not cashing out people that win big and you can look over the Internet and phone cases of their bullshit. This needs to stop and I want my money. I want it fair and square this is illegal you need to help me.
