BitStarz Casino - payment problems
The most rogue and scammy casino I have ever experienced. There is no option for 0 stars that is why I give them 1. Their verification procedure was extraordinarily challenging.
Once all their requests were satisfied (7 documents later - payslips, selfies with my passport, my ID, my passport, two bank statements, photo of the card i used to deposit) they said that they will pay me and close my account - I simply deposited and won 180 euros - nothing major...
Then they came up with more excuses. They could not pay me back to the VISA which I used to deposit and instead, insisted to pay the money to another bank account of mine (that I had used as part of the verification) which was completely unrelated.
The funny thing is they preach this: Term 3.12
"Kindly note that withdrawals have to be made to the same method that you deposited with. If you for example deposited with Skrill, the winnings from that deposit have to be sent back via Skrill."
But they still wanted to send my withdrawal to a completely unrelated account. Double standards I guess. It shows a lot right?
I tried via crypto pay.. they said no.. A supposed crypto casino.. scammy and rogue casino I say..
When I offered them to send a bank transfer to the IBAN linked to my VISA (deposit method) they came up with the next excuse... "we do not process payments to Lithuanian IBANs".
Finally I gave them my Malta IBAN and they still didn't send the money - they said "the transaction was declined because your BIC is not SEPA reachable".
Guys, please help me put an end to this joke.
