Terrible customer service. Using the exchangeon bitstarz website they keep asking me where I sent the funds to. I kept saying unused the exchange to load funds onto bitstarz to play. Now 3.months later they are asking me for the hash and the destination address -_-Can't seem to get any help now they keep asking me to hire them hash and screen shots when I have sent them if we're jj7re
