BitStarz blocked my withdrawal and confiscated winnings after allowing deposits
I had a very disappointing experience with BitStarz.I deposited and played normally on their platform without any warning or restriction. My balance reached approximately $4,130.However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly flagged as a duplicate linked to an old self-excluded account. This was never enforced or mentioned at the time of deposit.BitStarz allowed me to deposit and play freely, but only applied this rule at the withdrawal stage, which is very unfair and misleading.As a result, they confiscated all my winnings and only returned my last deposit.If my account was truly restricted, I should not have been allowed to deposit or play at all.This experience has damaged my trust in the platform. I advise others to be cautious.I have full evidence including chat logs and transaction history.
