I have stage 3 cancer and was up all night sick so to take my mind off my stomach hurting I was messing around on the website and came across bitstarz so I signed up and played and won alittle money and went to withdrawl and they said I have same ip address as another player well since I can't work I live in low-income housing which provides free wifi to me and 16 other apartments and that's why my ip address was same as someone else's I explained my situation and even said I could get proof from my apartment manager saying I live alone and there was no way someone from my house could have also played there,,the support guy wad rude and they didn't care what I had to say at all,,im very disappointed for a few minutes I was kinda happy I had won somthing despite everything I have going on,,I can't help im low-income right now and can't work and I can't help I share wifi with 16 other family's,,I dont it was very fair at all
