I made an account unaware that I already had an account with them, they let me top up and then shut my account down once I had topped up and then sent me a message saying I can withdraw the funds but I’ve been waiting and waiting and I still have not received them!! I have been to online chat 4 times and they just say it’s been delayed but then will get the funds to me asap but still nothing from them at all Am on the online chat now and they are just blanking me the worse site I have ever been on
