As a long standing customer, I've only now discovered how bad this company is. Having appropriated a withdrawal to a closed bank account back in April I have spoken to their online team on no fewer than three occasions and been assured the issue has been escalated, and written three times by email with auto replies that you query will be dealt with shortly, I have received no response from anyone.Ok, I may have forgotten to cancel the account on their system when it closed, but there is no excuse for lack of engagement to resolve this matter and deprive a customer of their winnings.
