Withholding withdrawals since July 8th – Shambolic support and endless stalling
Avoid 888sport. I have three separate withdrawals completely stuck in limbo, with the earliest submitted back on the 8th of July.When I reached out to customer support to ask why my money was being delayed, they immediately froze and suspended my account without a single email or word of explanation. I had to force the information out of them on live chat just to find out what was going on.To make matters worse, their live chat support is completely clueless and contradictory. During my last chat, the agent gave me two completely different excuses within minutes - claiming first that it was a specific security check, and then copy-pasting a generic script claiming "regulatory authorities require all members to verify documents." When I called them out on the conflicting information and the fact that they never send the emails they promise, the agent simply disconnected the chat. They are happy to take your deposits instantly, but the moment you try to withdraw your own funds, they lock your account and feed you scripted lies. Totally unprofessional.
