One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.I deposited £50 using Apple Pay and did not use the money to play. Shortly after accepting my deposit, my account was closed/restricted. I am not asking for winnings, bonuses, or compensation. I only asked for my own unused deposited money to be returned to the original Apple Pay/card payment method.Instead of simply refunding my unused deposit, 888 made the process unnecessarily complicated. They asked for additional documents, mentioned manual withdrawal/wire transfer, and kept giving repeated explanations instead of resolving the simple issue: returning my own money.The payment route is already clear because the money came from my Apple Pay/card. I do not understand why returning an unused deposit has become so difficult.This has wasted my time, caused stress, and made me completely lose trust in this company. In my opinion, this is unfair and unreasonable treatment of a customer.I have raised a formal complaint and received complaint reference #2952670 and manual withdrawal ticket #2952591, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution.I would not recommend 888 to anyone based on my experience. Be very careful before depositing money.
