DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!I withdrew £300 28 days ago and it’s still pending, I’ve still not received my money. I’ve contacted them daily and the customer service via live chat is appalling.Get told the same thing over and over, it has been escalated half a dozen times and “made a priority” and still nothing. I have made a formal complaint to 888 via email and I just got a response stating they have up to 8 weeks to respond with their final resolution.I’m fully verified so it’s nothing to do with that. How a company as huge as 888 can make customers wait a month + for their withdrawal and still be trading is beyond me I’ve never known anything like it!Next step is to contact the gambling commission in UK and Malta because I honestly don’t know where to go for help with this!
