On May 9, 2026, a 1xBet representative apologized for the delay in communication regarding the outstanding CAD $74,666.24 and confirmed that my case had been escalated to the payment processing department. My account (ID: [my 1xBet Accout ID:1101303561) has been wrongfully blocked with a balance of 127,600 BDT. I state with 100% honesty that I do NOT have any multiple accounts; this is the only account I have ever created and used. I initially deposited 61,000 BDT, successfully withdrew 50,000 BDT after reaching 90,000 BDT, and then continued to win fairly until my balance reached 127,600 BDT. As soon as I built up a large balance, the security department falsely accused me of a "Multi-Account" violation just to steal my money, and they officially emailed me stating they will ignore any further emails from my side. This is a complete scam to confiscate player winnings. I demand 1xBet to re-examine my case, look at my real IP and device logs, and release my remaining 127,600 BDT immediately.

Fraud company. I have been playing here for 5 years and finally they decided to cheat me. I won 45,116 INR and waited 20 days for withdrawal but nothing was received. Someone from the payments team texted me on WhatsApp and told me to deposit 20,000 INR more saying that only then they will be able to release the third party operator withdrawal funds. I was suspicious that this is getting to be a scam and did not agree to pay, they then blocked my account. Finally using my situation of loosing 45,116 they made me to text that payments team guy again and he sent a deposit link for 3000 INR for which i agreed to pay. After paying that 3000 then they made me wait for 7 hours and asked me to pay 2000 more. I understood this is a scam and stoped it. Who will ask us to deposit in order to release our withdrawal money, total scam. I have lost 45,116 and 3000 as 1xbet scam
