I think all these sites are at the mercy of payment partners in India. Some of these payment agent guys find these websites an easy entry to make a quick buck. After a few minutes website asked me to contact support and after providing them with details they said I would be contacted soon. Then finally a message was received, you payment did not go through. If money was deducted it will be reversed in 4-5 days. Obviously everyone knows once a UPI payment is made there is no reversal. One is lucky only if the payment does not go through.
