Since then, I have continued receiving the same generic responses stating that my case is "under review" or has been "forwarded to specialists."Despite waiting patiently for more than 15 days, I have:Not received my withdrawal.Not received any transaction reference number (UTR/RRN).Not received proof that the payment was actually sent.Not received any explanation for the delay.Not received any realistic timeline for resolution.I have fully cooperated with every request from the support team, followed all instructions, and waited for every deadline they provided.
