1xbet is the worst of the worst. These guys will rob you at any opportunity they get. They blocked my account with about $600 in it. They requested I send my national id and deposit screenshots to verify my account. I immediately did that - I must say I don't feel safe sharing my personal data with them. My account is still blocked and it's now 11 days. Mind you, I have spent more than $8000 on the platform. They have treated me badly and very disdainfully. The reason for blocking my account: I requested a call back in my account because I had two tickets that were not paid out. The support guy called me using +442039496388 and we resolved the issue. My account was blocked with funds in it after I told the support guy that I was struggling with gambling. While I don't mind them blocking the account, they should allow me to withdraw the funds.
