1Win - refuses my pending withdrawals despite KYC approval and full wagering
Dear 1win, please don’t reply again with your standard Clause 9.7 message. I am not disputing the account closure — I accept that my account is blocked. My complaint is only about my pending withdrawals.
Here are the facts:
- My account (Game ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, email: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) was closed under Clause 9.7. Fine, I accept that.
- But before the closure, I had already submitted withdrawal requests for my deposited funds in INR.
- Those deposits were 100% wagered (as required under Clause 16.13).
- My KYC was completed and approved (I have your email confirming that withdrawals were available).
- According to Clause 20.1.3 of your own Terms & Conditions, once a withdrawal request is filed, the balance must be repaid unless the deposits themselves are fraudulent. My deposits were legitimate, and you have provided no proof otherwise.
Despite this, you are refusing to process my pending withdrawals. Instead, every time I contact you, you copy-paste the same Clause 9.7 response — ignoring the fact that I am not asking for unwagered wallet funds or account reopening, only for the pending withdrawals that I am rightfully entitled to.
💔 I am a middle-class man, and the 7 lakhs INR I deposited were my life savings. Blocking my account is one thing, but keeping my rightful withdrawals — after KYC approval and full wagering — is completely against your own Terms & Conditions.
⚠️ This is scam behaviour. Players, please be careful — even if you follow all of 1win’s rules, they may still block you and keep your money.
I am escalating this case to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, Casino Guru, and AskGamblers, and I will continue to warn others until my pending withdrawals are released.
