However, I have clear evidence of the transaction. I have the official bank receipt, screenshots, and the recipient's full name and IBAN details that were provided to me during the deposit process on 1Win. I did not randomly transfer money to an unknown bank account. The recipient information and IBAN were provided during the 1Win deposit process, and I made the payment according to those instructions. Therefore, I can clearly document where the 35,000 TRY was sent and prove that the transaction was made for the purpose of depositing funds into my 1Win account. I request that 1Win immediately investigate this transaction and credit the missing 35,000 TRY to my gaming account. If this issue is not resolved, I will continue to pursue the matter through relevant complaint and review platforms and provide all available transaction evidence where appropriate.
