Unprocessed withdrawals 20000 GEL
Reason: Delayed payment
I requested two separate withdrawals of 10,000 GEL each (Totaling 20,000 GEL) from my 1win account (ID: 376237909). More than 4 days have passed, and both transactions remain stuck in "Processing" status.When I contacted live support, they claimed the issue was on the bank's side. However, when I emailed their security team demanding valid ARN/RRN codes or official transaction receipts, they sent a generic automated template saying "Your account is working normally" and ignored my financial requests.No transaction proof (ARN/RRN) has been provided to prove the money ever left 1win. I request 1win to immediately process both 10,000 GEL withdrawals or provide verifiable ARN transaction reference codes for my bank.

The total amount recovered so far is 16,000 GEL, and the remaining balance is now 4,000 GEL (submitted as 2 x 2,000 GEL withdrawal requests). As maintained throughout this case, I have NOT placed any bets and I am waiting for the final 4,000 GEL to be processed. I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to keep this complaint active until the remaining balance is fully received.
mammadovk234 • Georgia 1 week ago Dear AskGamblers Team and 1win Team, I would like to provide an update regarding the second batch of my 10,000 GEL withdrawal requests. 1win successfully processed 2 of the 2,000 GEL requests into my bank account. However, they have unilaterally canceled the remaining 3 withdrawal requests (totaling 6,000 GEL) and pushed those funds back into my playable account balance once again. In accordance with the AGCCS terms and as maintained throughout this complaint, I have NOT placed any bets with these returned funds. I have immediately resubmitted the canceled 6,000 GEL as 3 x 2,000 GEL withdrawal requests (updated screenshot attached). While I appreciate that a total of 14,000 GEL has been processed so far, 1win is still repeatedly canceling the remaining balance to encourage gameplay. I kindly request the AskGamblers team to keep this complaint open until the final 6,000 GEL is fully approved and received in my account.
