1win — player complaint #33009, 2026-09-05: withheld payouts

Reason: Declined payment Respected Sir, My 1win account deposit of Rs.1700 dated 28 July 2026 via UPI (UTR 621725789741) is debited from bank and showing SUCCESS but not credited to 1win wallet. It has been 25 days. I contacted 1win support but they are not resolving. Please credit Rs.1700 to my 1win account immediately. I cannot make new video anymore. My deposit SPP-1573025 of Rs. 1700 via GPay is completed from bank side. UTR is valid and amount debited. It is already 3 days. Please escalate my case to finance team / senior team. Check with your payment aggregator manually. If you cannot credit, please refund to my bank account. Thank you.
