Postback— what it means in affiliate marketing
A server-to-server call that reports a conversion from the advertiser's system to the affiliate's tracker.
Invisible to the browser, so it survives ad blockers and consent prompts that break pixels. When conversions stop arriving while traffic flows, the postback is the first thing to check — usually a lost click ID.
