Affiliate manager— what it means in affiliate marketing
The person on the advertiser's or network's side who recruits affiliates and manages their portfolio.
Half the role is commercial — payouts, caps, exclusive terms — and half is triage when conversions stop arriving. For an affiliate the manager is also the only human who can escalate a payout.
