Agency ad accounts for gambling and betting: which providers take the vertical, which networks work
A provider saying "we take gambling" and a platform permission for gambling are two different things. The first means you will not be thrown out at onboarding. The second is granted by Meta, Google or TikTok to a specific account and a specific market, and without it any launch rests on cloaking and on your own risk.
Two different permissions that keep getting confused
An agency ad account for gambling, and accounts for gambling in general, get taken for one reason: iGaming lives for days on personal accounts, while a provider offers a replacement and shares the risk. But a permission from the provider is not the same as a permission from the platform. When a provider writes "we take gambling", it is answering its own question: whether it will throw you out at onboarding and whether it will block the account itself. A platform permission is a different thing: Meta, Google or TikTok grant it to a specific ad account for a specific market, and the provider has nothing to do with it.
Those two permissions live independently. You can take an account from a provider that does take iGaming and get banned on the very first ad, because the account has no authorization for the country you need. You can work under a cloak and last a month. What you cannot do is treat a line on the provider's landing page as a substitute for the platform's permission.
What follows is what each platform requires, word for word and with dates.
Platform policies: quotes and dates
Online gambling advertising is allowed only after the ad account has been granted permission.
Since July 2025 the permission is granted through Permissions & Verifications and tied to a specific Business Manager and a specific ad account — it does not travel with you to a new account. Gambling is not supported in 18 markets, among them India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. On 23.02.2026 social casino advertising was separately banned in 19 more markets.
transparency.meta.com, retrieved 15.09.2026An advertiser must obtain Google certification to run gambling advertising, and hold a valid local licence in every region.
Affiliates may show ads, but the site itself must not provide gambling services. Wrong details in the application lead to suspension, and linked accounts are blocked automatically at creation — that is the cascade from the MCC down to the sub-accounts.
support.google.com/adspolicy, retrieved 15.09.2026Gambling advertising is allowed only in selected markets where gambling is legal, with all local requirements met and after certification.
In practice real-money operators do not get through: there are no exceptions for operators. An agency TikTok account in the CIS is taken for e-com, apps and other non-gambling verticals.
ads.tiktok.com/help, retrieved 15.09.2026Separately on Snapchat and native: they have no hard public wording about gambling, so the real rules of the game are set by platform review and by provider policy. Demand for Snapchat under betting does show up in search suggestions — Russian-language queries for a Snapchat agency account for gambling and betting — and nobody has a dedicated page for it.
Which providers take the vertical, and which refuse
Taking it and saying so outright: AdWin — "any niche, gambling included"; LuxAccs — iGaming and betting on the vertical list next to nutra, sweeps, finance, crypto and dating; RentAcc — "gambling, crypto, nutra and others"; YeezyPay — gambling, crypto and nutra on Google, but no phishing and no chargebacks; Profit Rental and Trust RDP — "grey" and "any" respectively. AdSkill keeps more than twenty verticals and adds a caveat about the licence on gambling. GDT takes casino only with country permissions and calls it a separate category.
Refusing: Threasury — "whitehat only", and that is a position, not a caveat; OrangeTrail works by compliance only; This is Fine takes nutra but not gambling apps. eLama, Click.ru and GetUniq are the white circuit end to end.
What is banned everywhere without exception: phishing, drainers, scam schemes and anything that generates chargebacks. [FBM], LuxAccs and YeezyPay spell this out as a separate clause — not out of ethics, but because traffic like that kills a whole Business Manager, neighbours included.
Terms on the subject: chargeback, pre-moderation, ban, moderation.
Which networks gambling actually lives in
Facebook. The main channel, if the account has an authorization. The permission is tied to a specific Business Manager and a specific ad account, is issued through Permissions & Verifications, and does not move to a replacement account. Eighteen markets are closed outright, and social casino has been banned in nineteen more since 23 February 2026. The details are on the page about Facebook agency ad accounts.
Google Ads. Works with certification and a local licence. An affiliate may advertise if it does not provide gambling services itself. The main risk is the cascade: linked accounts are blocked automatically, and somebody else's history at MCC level lands on you. See Google Ads agency account.
TikTok. Real-money casino is effectively closed: there are no exceptions for operators. Agency TikTok accounts in the CIS are taken for e-com and apps. See TikTok agency ad account.
Bigo, Kwai and in-app. Unity, AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral — here gambling and betting are the main flow, not the exception. Accounts come from Trust RDP, Profit Rental, RentAcc, Zenattica and Zmatic.
Native. Taboola, Outbrain, MGID — the question is not the vertical but the creative and the landing page: review looks at the page, not at the niche.
What breaks specifically on gambling
The permission does not carry over. After a ban you start from scratch even with the same provider: a new ad account means a new application for authorization. That changes the economics: a replacement account gives you back the limits, but not the right to show ads.
Your neighbour in the Business Manager. Providers without pre-moderation — [FBM] states plainly that it looks at neither creatives nor links — issue accounts faster and catch cascading blocks more often. On gambling, where the load on an account is heavier, that is felt the most.
Cloaking as the norm. YeezyPay writes in its FAQ that a good cloak matters when you work greyhat. That is an honest description of the state of affairs: a launch without a permission rests on concealment, not on the platform's consent. It does not become legal because of that.
The money. Bans on gambling are more often permanent, which means the question of where the balance sits comes up sooner. What was delivered and never invoiced does not come back at all; the unspent part goes back to the agency, and the contract decides the rest. Market timings run from a minute at [FBM] to 7–10 business days at GDT.
The country. Before launching, look at the status of the jurisdiction: the regulator, the licensing, the blocklist registry. We cover that with NeBlask — regulators, status and blocked domains collected per country, with no invented ratings.
How to pick a provider for gambling
- Ask about the authorization, not about "do you take gambling". The question is worded like this: does the BM hold a Meta permission for the market I need, and does it carry over to a replacement. "We take any vertical" does not answer that.
- Find out about pre-moderation. Not for your own convenience, but because of the neighbours: a BM with no checks lives shorter.
- Get the replacement time and the refund rules in writing. Zmatic gives 30 days to refund the unspent amount, GDT three appeals and 7–10 business days, LuxAccs a replacement within a day. A provider with no timeframe owes nothing.
- Check partner status in the platform's directory, not by a screenshot of a badge. Links and requirements are in the checking section on the main page.
- Do not take a fee below 2%. Nobody in the RU segment publishes one; on grey verticals Western providers do the opposite and add 2.5–5 percentage points on top.

Questions and answers
8Can you run gambling from an agency ad account?
It depends on the platform and the market. Meta needs an authorization for a specific ad account and a specific country of delivery. Google needs certification and a local licence. On TikTok real-money casino is effectively closed. The provider only answers for not blocking you itself.
Which providers take gambling?
Saying so outright: AdWin ("any niche, gambling included"), LuxAccs (iGaming and betting on the vertical list), RentAcc, YeezyPay, Profit Rental, Trust RDP, AdSkill — the last one with a caveat about the licence. Refusing: Threasury ("whitehat only"), OrangeTrail, and This is Fine when it comes to apps.
What changed in Meta policy?
Since July 2025 gambling permissions are issued through Permissions & Verifications and tied to a specific Business Manager and ad account: on a new account you have to apply for the permission again. On 23.02.2026 a ban on social casino advertising in 19 more markets was added. Gambling is not supported in 18 countries, among them India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
What does Google require?
Advertiser certification and a valid licence in every region of delivery. Affiliates may show ads if the site itself does not provide gambling services. Wrong details in the application lead to suspension, and linked accounts are blocked automatically.
What about TikTok?
Gambling advertising is allowed only in selected legal markets, with local requirements met and after certification. No exceptions are made for operators, so agency TikTok accounts in the CIS are practically never taken for iGaming.
Do you need a cloak?
If you work a grey vertical without the platform's permission, then yes — and providers do not hide it. YeezyPay writes plainly that a good cloak matters when you work greyhat. That does not make the launch legal, it makes it live longer.
What happens to the account after a ban for gambling?
A replacement under the contract with the provider, but the Meta permission you had does not carry over to the new account. In practice that means after a ban you start from scratch even with the same provider.
How do you check whether gambling is legal in a country at all?
Look at the country profile: the regulator, the licensing status, the blocklist registry. We cover that with NeBlask — regulators, status and blocked domains collected per country, with no invented ratings.
