TikTok Ads agency account: geo EU/US/Asia, post-pay, limits, price

On TikTok an agency account is needed less for the limits and more for the geo and the way you pay: an ad account cannot be topped up from Russia, and part of the targeting is tied to the country of the Business Center. Hence the Russian-language query for a TikTok agency account with EU geo, which holds its place in Yandex suggestions.

What a TikTok Ads agency account is

On TikTok ad accounts live inside a Business Center. An agency account is your ad account in the Business Center of an agency that holds TikTok partner status, with access by invitation and with the role the agency gives you.

TikTok partner status comes in steps. Agency OnRamp gives an agency creative support at spend from $1,000 and is capped by slots — there are 150 of them. The Agency Advantage Program adds a badge of its own. On top sits the TikTok Marketing Partners directory, where the status is publicly visible. It is checked with one link, and that is the only way to tell a partner from a reseller.

The reason people in the CIS go for an agency TikTok account is different from Facebook. There they go for the limits. Here it is for two things: the way you pay, because an ad account cannot be topped up with a Russian card, and the geo of the Business Center, which decides the currency, the available targetings and which verticals will pass review at all. That is exactly why the Russian-language query for a TikTok agency account with EU geo holds its place in Yandex suggestions.

Price: fee and deposit on TikTok

TikTok is the cheapest network among those who publish a price. Zmatic puts 2.5% on it — the lowest published rate on the whole market, level with DV360. Zenattica works in a 1–6% band depending on the platform and the volume, adding $149.99 a month when spend is below $5,000. Let's Ads counts from 4% with a $300 deposit. Threasury starts at 3% and requires a company and a budget from $1,000 a month.

The rest keep the price with the manager: Trust RDP, Profit Rental, LuxAccs, AdSkill, Uproas. LuxAccs does publish a blanket range of 5–20% of the top-up across all networks at once, so the lower bound for TikTok specifically is unknown.

TikTok being cheap relative to Meta has a simple explanation: competition among providers is higher and the average client spends less. It does not move the market median of 4.5% — that one is counted on starting rates across all networks.

Account geo: EU, US, Asia

The geo of the Business Center determines the currency of the account, the set of available targetings and the rules you get reviewed under. EU gets taken for e-commerce and mobile apps, US for more expensive traffic and wherever an American audience is needed, Asian accounts for in-app and utilities.

Only a handful name the geo publicly: Zenattica claims more than 50 countries, Uproas names EU and the US, YeezyPay keeps MCCs in different countries, but that is about Google. The rest do not publish it at all. Ask before paying: the geo of an account cannot be changed after it is issued, you can only ask for a new one.

A detail of its own for the CIS: a TikTok ad account cannot be topped up from Russia directly, and that is a separate layer of demand — Russian-language queries about running TikTok Ads from Russia. An agency account and a virtual card are two different answers to one question.

Post-pay, limits and pre-moderation

Post-pay means payment after the fact: the account runs ads, the invoice comes later. TikTok does not grant it to an advertiser with no history; an agency may have it. The Russian-language query for TikTok post-pay lives in the related block exactly because access to deferred payment is the main thing you cannot get on your own. In practice the market runs on prepayment, and post-pay is discussed case by case and far from with everyone.

Nobody publishes TikTok limits. Providers write "unlimited", and concrete figures — the kind GDT gives for Facebook — do not exist for TikTok at any of them. Trust RDP names only a lower bound for a top-up per account. Which means you will have to get the figure out of them in chat, and it is worth doing before the deposit.

Pre-moderation on TikTok is harsher than on Meta, on the platform's own side: creative review is manual and slow, and a re-check after an edit starts from the beginning. A provider with its own pre-moderation is rather a plus here: it cuts off what would not pass anyway and does not burn a day of yours on waiting.

Verticals: what lives on TikTok and what does not

TikTok policy on gambling is worded strictly: advertising is allowed only in selected markets where gambling is legal, with all local requirements met and after certification. There are no exceptions for real-money operators. In practice that means iGaming on TikTok is not launched through an agency account in the CIS — not legally, at any rate.

What does live: e-commerce and physical goods, mobile apps and utilities, education, fintech in its white form, dating with caveats. Let's Ads keeps iGaming, betting, crypto, e-com, apps, fintech, nutra, dating, edtech and real estate on its vertical list, but for TikTok specifically the list narrows by the platform's policy, not the provider's.

The answer to "does the provider take the vertical" does not answer "will the platform let it through". The first is about onboarding, the second about review. On TikTok the gap between them is wider than in any other network.

Payment, and what to do after a ban

Top-ups: USDT TRC-20 at most providers, wire and Payoneer at the multi-platform ones, cards and Wise at the Western ones. Threasury takes no crypto. We work with USDT TRC-20 and ERC-20 and accept payment from a Russian sole trader. If what you need is not an account but a way to pay, NeCard virtual cards cover that.

After a ban the logic is the same as on Meta and Google: the unspent remainder goes back to the agency as the owner of the payment method, and the contract decides the rest. Zmatic promises a 30-day guarantee of a refund of the unspent amount on a suspend, Let's Ads a replacement with the remainder carried over and help with the appeal. What was delivered and never invoiced does not come back.

If the provider stopped answering, the platform will not help: it cannot restore access, change the owner or return the money — that is the platforms' official position, not our opinion.
