Google Ads agency account: where to get one, limits, fee, paying from the CIS

A Google Ads agency account is a sub-account under somebody else's manager account. Everything else follows from that: the entry bar is lower than at Meta, the limits are higher, and there is a specific risk, when the ban lands not on you but on the manager account above you.

What a Google Ads agency account is, and what the MCC has to do with it

Google has no separate thing called an agency account. There is a manager account — also called MCC, My Client Center, the managing account — and there are client accounts under it. A Google Ads agency account means exactly one thing: your ad account was created under an agency's MCC and inherits its payment setup.

The payment setup is the key part. Google's own help says it plainly: for accounts on monthly invoicing a manager account is required. Payment by invoice after the fact is not available to everyone and not straight away, but it is available to an agency with a history. Hence the limits a new private account never has, and the ability to pay by something other than a card.

Technically anyone can open an MCC: up to twenty accounts go on a single email. The difficulty is not there, it is in the status. Google Partner requires an optimization score of at least 70%, $10,000 of spend over 90 days across managed accounts and certification for at least half the strategists; Premier goes to the top 3% of companies in a country. Which is why providers keep a dozen MCCs across jurisdictions — YeezyPay claims more than ten agency accounts in different countries.

Price: fee and deposit on Google Ads

Google is cheaper than Meta among those who publish a price. Zmatic puts 3.5% on Google Ads, against 4% on Meta. Threasury counts a single rate of 3% dropping to 1.5% at spend above $200,000 a month. GDT starts at 4–5% and comes down to 1.5% from $450,000. YeezyPay, which specialises in Google, works in the 5–10% band and names a minimum deposit of $200.

The rest keep the price with the manager. By dated reviews RentAcc comes up as 6–10% with a discount for volume, Brocard as 9–10% on Google, ZaleyCash at around 10%, PPC Rebels at around 9% plus $15–50 for the account itself. The white aggregators run a separate model: Click.ru takes Google Ads "from 8%" with a start from $200, and in return issues acts and works with VAT.

The payment markups are the same as everywhere: USDT costs +1% at YeezyPay and +1.5% at GDT, wire at Zmatic 1%. Count them together with the fee, not separately.

Limits, threshold and cascading bans

Google has no daily caps in the usual sense — it has a billing threshold and an accumulated unpaid amount, the unsettled one. The query "buy google ads account unsettled" exists in the suggestions for exactly that reason: part of the market is looking for accounts with debt already on them, so as not to pay. In an agency account that scheme does not work: the debt sits with the provider's company, and you will be charged in advance.

The main risk specific to Google is the cascade. The policy says linked accounts are blocked automatically at creation, and this is one of the most frequent reasons for blocks in recent years. The triggers at MCC level are simple: old cards in the payment profile, mismatched billing details, unpaid debts. A new sub-account under such an MCC goes into suspend on the day it is created — the question "why was it banned straight away" has exactly this answer.

The practical takeaway: ask how many clients sit under one MCC and whether they are pre-moderated. A provider who looks at neither creatives nor landing pages saves your time at onboarding and spends it later.

Gambling, crypto and certification

Google states the requirement unambiguously: to advertise gambling, an advertiser must pass certification and hold a valid local licence in every region of delivery. Affiliate sites may show ads, but the site itself must not provide gambling services. False details in the application lead to suspension, and linked accounts follow automatically.

Among the providers, gambling on Google is claimed outright by YeezyPay (plus crypto and nutra, but no phishing and no chargebacks), RentAcc and AdSkill — the last one with a caveat about the licence. Threasury works with white only. Crypto and finance need separate certification, and TrafficHeroes, for one, does not take them at all.

If you run grey without certification, you are holding on by cloaking, and providers do not hide it: YeezyPay writes in its FAQ that a good cloak matters when you work greyhat. That does not make the launch any more legal; it does make it live longer.

How to pay, and how to top up from the CIS

Paying Google Ads directly with a Russian card does not go through. There are three working routes: an agency account paid in USDT or from a company, a virtual card on a non-resident BIN, and a white aggregator with closing documents.

At YeezyPay that is USDT TRC-20 and ERC-20 with a 1% markup, plus wire and SEPA. RentAcc accepts USDT and wire, and the top-up runs through an API. We accept USDT and payment from a Russian sole trader. The white circuit is Click.ru and eLama: VAT, acts, electronic document flow and deferred payment up to 60 days, but no grey verticals.

The second route, if you do not need an account, is NeCard virtual cards topped up in USDT.

Bans, appeals and the money left on the account

A ban on Google arrives faster than on Meta, and more often with no warning — especially under circumventing systems, which covers the cascade from linked accounts as well. The appeal is filed by the owner of the MCC, meaning the provider.

Money behaves after a ban the same way as everywhere: the unspent part goes back to the account's payment method — the agency's method — and your contract takes it from there. YeezyPay claims a full money-back on a ban, RentAcc a refund or a balance transfer, Zmatic a 30-day guarantee of a refund of the unspent amount. What was delivered and never invoiced comes back from nobody.

And separately about intermediaries who disappear. Microsoft's answer to such a case applies to every platform: it cannot restore access, transfer ownership or return the money, and you need to go to the partner agency. Your contract is with them, not with Google.

Questions and answers

8
What is an MCC and why do you need one?

A manager account, also known as My Client Center, is the managing Google Ads account that client accounts live under. The MCC is exactly what monthly invoicing requires, meaning payment by invoice after the fact. A Google agency account is your ad account hung under the provider's MCC.

How much does a Google Ads agency account cost?

Zmatic publishes 3.5% on Google, YeezyPay 5–10%, GDT 4–5% with steps down by spend, Threasury 3% dropping to 1.5% from $200,000 a month. The rest keep the price with the manager.

Why was a new sub-account under an MCC banned straight away?

Google calls this circumventing systems: linked accounts are blocked automatically at creation. The triggers are old cards, mismatched billing profiles and debts at the level of the MCC itself. You get a ban for someone else's history.

Can you open an MCC yourself?

Opening one — yes, up to 20 accounts on a single email. Getting Google Partner status is harder: an optimization score of at least 70%, $10,000 of spend over 90 days across managed accounts and certification for at least half the strategists. Premier is the top 3% of companies in a country.

What are threshold and unsettled?

The point after which Google issues an invoice, and the amount already delivered but not yet paid. In an agency account that debt sits with the provider's company, so going negative and never paying does not work: most providers are strict about prepayment.

Can you advertise gambling on Google?

You need Google certification and a valid licence in every region you show ads in. Affiliates are allowed, but the site itself must not provide gambling services. A lie in the application leads to suspension, and linked accounts follow.

How do you pay for Google Ads from Russia?

Three working routes: an agency account paid in USDT or through a company, a virtual card on a non-resident BIN, and a white aggregator with closing documents. At YeezyPay that is USDT TRC-20 and ERC-20 with a 1% markup; with us it is USDT and payment from a Russian sole trader.

What geo do Google agency accounts have?

YeezyPay keeps more than ten MCCs in different countries, Artesa works through the UK and Cyprus, Zenattica claims more than 50 countries. Most do not publish the geo — ask before paying if your targeting is tied to the country of the account.
