Deposited £10 to get bonus. When staking the money on the game was told I was ineligible for bonus until security checks were done, even though I ticked the box when signing up. Complete joke.

Just so people know. William hills deposit £10 as new customer and get 200 free spins is a scam. I added promo as they gave me when I was signing up. Wagered £10 as promised says then you get free spins, and I didn't. I contacted customer service, and they said there happy for me to wage £10 but to get 200 spins they want bank statements and passport and driving licence documentation. Huge scam and is to sell you details on to 3rd party's. Avoid at all cost and try somewhere like bet365 if you like to gamble on the off chance as I have never had a problem with them and always pay out within 5 mins. An awful company! My online account was closed with no warning or explanation. So called customer service via their chat couldn’t tell me why or help, just kept saying someone would be in touch via email, never happened. I used Resolver, as suggested by the Gambling Commission website. They at least replied but asked for info to prove my identity etc. All info supplied but every time they would ask for the same info in a different format. Eventually I was told that the account had been reinstated but when I tried to access it nothing. I was then told I needed to send a photo of myself holding my drivers licence and my username. Again info they already had but just another tactic to delay.My account has around two hundred pounds in it but they won’t refund me the money just ask for the same info in different formats. This has been going on since Nov 2025!My only next step is to sue them through the small claims court!Do not use this company they are a bunch of rogues!!!

Absaloute joke off a company I played machine Cpl nites ago & then turned them off I got the agent asking me why I turned them off I said thy arnt very good , 20 years a customer & thy restricted my account went on to talk & ask reason why all I got was a bot & lies from them , I.e thy send an email no such thing happened! Disgrace from this company

They cancelled my account with no warning, kept me on chat since 12pm to 5am. And account still would be activated or why it was closed

So so bad. The combinator features are a total joke on this app. The "point" of their Bet Builder is to advertise that they have the feature, but their backend software is too poorly coded to handle realistic combinations from the same game without locking up or failing. Typical bookmaker BS. They should be banned from online betting platforms.

i tried to with draw £200.00 william hill the asked me to submit documents to prove who i was even though the money was going back to the account it came out of after submitting the documents they requested and them confirming receipt they still refuse to pay and the email they provided to resend bounces the message back cheats liars

Completely dishonest practices.Yet again, when I try to withdraw my winning, WH says it cannot do it at that time despite having only recently, and yet again, proved my account details. One option that appeared was 'Bank details' which I ignored having spent over 10 days being asked again to prove my account. However, I tried it again, spend more wasted time entering the exact same details and lo and behold, I was able to withdraw my funds. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST gambling site. It is symptomatic that the top management at WH, with whom I have I several interactions, do not care about their reputation! How on earth do they keep their jobs. I strongly recommend SkyBet - instant payouts every time for the last 6 years!

If I could put 0 I would absolute terrible experience with them. Terrible customer service that don't read your complaint. Have now suspended me as I've complained said I'm vulnerable because I'm disabled. Been with WH for a long time. No more. Withdrawal of £20 didn't materialise, it just disappeared as if it was never there. Six days later not in my bank account and doesn't even show in my account as a withdrawal. What a disgrace. Can't get hold of anyone, customer service non existent and diabolical. They should not be allowed to trade. You have been warned!

Refuse to allow withdrawals Every time I try to withdraw winnings, WH makes it difficult, asking repeatedly for proof of bank accounts that they happily recognise instantly when reposting money! Even more corrupt, yesterday I tried to withdraw £100 - response was try another withdrawal method. The I reduced the amount to £50 - same resonse. Then to £30 - no go but when I dropped the amount to just £20 WH said OK, but we will split it £15 and £5 to different accounts I held. Today I am trying to withdraw £160 - same negative response. Why is that a large company like WH is not better regulated and simply accepts, as evidenced by all these negative reviews, to continue to behave in such an unethical and corrupt fashion. If you want to good online betting experience, use SkyBet. When I withdraw money, it is in my bank account even before I leave my desk!

This site is absolutly shocking. Took all promotions away. Dont get any promotions/free bets nothing anymore..The slots dont even pay anymore. Spent thousands on here with no bonus's. Majority of times no wins. Its absolutly disgusting how corrupt this site has become.
