First of they have very little bets available compared to others. Verification is next to impossible with there chat given me clear instructions to post my bank statement and then my driver's license and both times weren't accepted for no reason. Wont send back my deposit either. Scam company.

Honestly a PATHETIC company, please bet somewhere else, I placed a 10£ bet on horse racing and I wanted to get the promotional offer, and these bastards worded the promotional offer in a way so hard to read (bare in mind I’m dyslexic), this is what I was able to read, How to Claim Your Offer:• Opt into relevant offer.• Min Deposit £10+ via debit card only.• Place a £10+ bet on sports on any qualifying Sportsbook marketsThen in brackets they put horse racing does not count. I explained the situation to the live agents and they rejected my claim. Not even taking there time to consider how i felt nor be kind enough to let it go.I will not be betting with you guys again.

Blocked;Blocked and blocked again. Unibet and 32red really think this is a game trying to stress out their customers by doing this especailly when, as in my case, I have spoken to a safer gambling operative twice now to get the account back up and running.Apparently they do not like getting BAD reviews so the CSRs that monitor the Trust Pilot comments like to place blockages for fun as appears to be my case -- my advice to anybody thinking of betting with these companies is DON'T. Waited weeks and weeks after setting up account, sent the documents, sent more documents, never even got to deposit. No emails, no contact, just a waste of time.

Confiscated winnings for no reason overall I actually lost 11.63 I deposited 255 over a month when I eventually won they confiscated the winnings with no explanation. Holding money for upto 8 weeks whilst I fight to get it.

Was all going fine, had a few wins over the last week which withdrew ok. Put money back on, kept losing it then they locked my account. It says contact customer service; they can’t help me just says someone will be in touch but no eta provided. Nearly been 24 hours and no update, can’t even take my money out that’s on my account which is money from my deposit, not winnings.
