Pipedrive MCP — Claude Code MCP server: features and setup
Connect an AI agent to Pipedrive for CRM operations and SQLite-based pipeline checks, including stale deals, forecasts, and duplicates.
Open on GitHubWhat Pipedrive MCP does
The server gives an agent create, read, update, and delete operations for Pipedrive records. A local SQLite copy supports pipeline checks such as spotting aging deals and duplicates, reviewing forecasts, and comparing rep leaderboards.
The setup uses pipedrive-cli alongside pipedrive-mcp; the installer places both in the user's binary directory. Authenticate after installation, then check the CLI with pipedrive-cli --version. Claude Code discovers the skill through SKILL.md.
Use the stdio transport. HTTP mode in this build has no password and listens on every network interface, so do not run it, even on localhost. Its tools can also change CRM data using your credentials.
What it helps with
- Find deals that have gone stale
- Build a forecast from the sales pipeline
- Review deal age and spot duplicates
- Compare reps by deal performance
Example prompts for the agent
- Find stale deals in Pipedrive and show their names.
- Create a forecast from the current sales pipeline.
- Check for duplicate records and compare the rep leaderboard.
