Zodiac — player complaint #66886, 2016-02-02: withheld payouts

I've played this casino for 3 months now, I won about a month ago, gave them all the info they needed to do an eft withdraw payment to my bank, it was 500 dollars and it came through in about a week. I tried to cash out 2000 dollars 3 nights ago and there telling me they need all this other info now, they have all my bank info from previous, it's all on there site on my account I just looked at it, no they want credit card info, back and front of card pictues of that, my drivers license, there making it impossible to get my money, when you call them you get a call center, what can I do?
