The player from Finland had their account closed by Wazamba Casino after requesting a withdrawal of €1,385.65. Despite having submitted verification documents multiple times, the casino claimed that the verification was incomplete, which led to frustration regarding the lack of clear communication and uncertainty about the account status. We asked the casino for clarification, and after a lengthy review, the player was paid €1,266, which was later confirmed against the casino’s internal records. The complaint was considered resolved because the payout was verified as correct and the remaining balance was shown as €0.05, although the player continued to dispute the account closure and the lack of full gameplay history.
