Wazamba Casino - Player's account is inaccessible after a withdrawal cancellation.
The player from Italy faced difficulty accessing their account after a €74 withdrawal request was cancelled without explanation. They were unsure whether their account was closed, suspended, or blocked, and had not received any information regarding necessary verifications. We asked for login/error screenshots and casino communication, and the casino later confirmed the case was under review and then provided further evidence. After reviewing that evidence, we determined the player’s roulette play fell outside ordinary casino play and likely triggered the casino’s anti-abuse system, so we could not show that the account closure and balance deduction were unfair. The complaint was therefore rejected.
