Hi. I opened account on 25th of September and deposited 100 euro and got 100% bonus with this casino. Played through bonus and won money above. Was kyc approved on 26th. Have been trying to withdraw since then to no avail and only getting the run around. No response to emails at all. On live chat saying there is technical issues then problem with my bank and card. Trying to withdraw to visa I deposited with. They are saying will have to withdraw to mastercard but know they will say you didn't deposit with that card then if try. Don't know what to do. Need some help please
