Vulkan Vegas - refuse to payout
they rejected my payout because they said i used a third party account to deposit funds. As I explained to them and provided them with proof that although the debit card that was used is a supplementary card and that the name on the casino account is the same name from whos bank account the deposit was made from. I did supply them with the bankstatements showing that the both the name of the casino account and my bank account is the same. they refuse to help me. According to par 8.3 in their terms and conditions it says no third party accounts and i have the proof that its not from a thrrd party. They will only unblock my account if i agree to forfeit al my winnings which i refuse
