Stake - doesnt pay my winnings
I have an issue occured several days ago with STAKE.COM, It has been 7 days since I try to explain myself and what I have been through. I m looking for a sincere, professional search and reply on this, cos I m a loyal honest player, username [EDIT]. Let me summarise the issue;
It was 18 August 2023 at 16:30 - 17:30.
I was playing live BJ on EVO, on my TRX wallet (which I use %99,99 percent of my plays) . I was betting USD cos Evo is only showing that as you may know. I connected to live support cos my balance was not increased or decreased while playing, instead staying the same. I got an answer explaining that there is a issue with trx wallet and team is informed.
So I continued playing BJ, knowing that Stake is a trustfull, institutionalized company, if there is a mistake they would fix it later on.
Than it was THE gamblers dream, I won a huge side and regular bets. So I raised my bets and won several times and WON again a HUGE side bet. It was smth like 41k USDt.Than I have stopped on 90k+ USDt profit. As you may see on Evo histrory attached.
It was a gamblers dream. I have been playing on stake for 3 years, switched from a company that I palyed 15+years. I m a loyal plat vip player, trustfull and polite user/client. Now luck has been from my side at last, I celebrated a lot the winnigs and the VIP progress.
I got my account back later to check my balance whether it is corrected or not, and what I see is my balance is still the same. I contacted live support who replied to me that there is an issue with TRX coversion, the winnings have been paid according to trx. Dream to a frustration.
Since than I have been talking to live support and my VIP Manager. Support told that nothing can be done cos it was a problem with conversion rate, but I was playing with USD so I was betting according to that. I had hard times to explain that it was a backend problem, I know what I see and play. Live support always saying that ''we will go further look'' and reply to me. Today I asked and raise the issue again, The reply was; '' THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO''.
They have just compansated me 700+ usdt, where my profit was over 90k USDT.
So I want to raise the issue to an another level. Why I am not getting my balance and punished for stakes technical issues.
