I was happy with the website. But customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. They go on a script. Getting to speak with someone that is senior management is impossible. They received a refund from my wallet due to AML verification trigger. Now they are telling me they cannot deposit it back into my account. Telling me bad luck. 1200$ not like it’s 5$.So I’m 65 it was from my savings.
