Spinurai - Account has been disabled without explanation
Spinurai casino closed my account without any notification or explanation. I have tried to reach them for over two weeks now through live chat and email, but have not received an answer.
My casino account on Spinurai has not been verified yet, or atleast I have not received an email about it. Since this might be the problem, I have already sent them all the requested documents on 15th of June, so about two weeks ago, but I have not received an answer. After that, I have tried to contact Snipurai multiple times, with no luck.
On their website it says that they are changing their chat system, so live chat is not an option. I have sent them multiple emails and also tried to contact them with a contact form that they recommend at this time. Last email that I have received from Spinurai was on the 5th of May.
