Spinurai - Withdrawal not processed-account closed
Made the first withdrawal request 19.12.2021 after one day asked about my request and the customer service said it would been soon prosessed. Asked because they claim all withdrawals Will be prosessed in 24h. 23.12.2021 my withdrawals were canceled and email said To ask customer service. Did that and they said it was because technical error and asked me To make a New request. 25.12. I again asked the customer service why it takes so long and they said To me it has taken way To long and they Will make my request top priority. Today 27.12.2021 without explenation my withdrawal was canceled and account closed. Asked it at customer service and they did not know why and send message To another apartment. I have actively asked about my problem from customer service and they allways said they sended a message To the Payments or some where Else and that i Will get answers soon. Have not got any. Been customer long time and made succesfull withdrawals To. Account is verifyed. I got all the chats
