Spinurai - Payment and documents are pending

Hello , I believe this casino is a scam. On Sunday, I verified the documents and requested the payment of 450 euros. There is no live chat because it is apparently being redone. You can write to support as often as you want by email, there is no answer, nothing at all! What shall I do ? The payout is open and the documents are not being processed. Can someone help me ? I know you have to wait a few days, but no answer at all! Thank you
