Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
This casino holds my withdrawal (500€) since the 28.06.21 without any reasons... I am completely verified there and i have tried to contact them several times via Email since they don't even have a livechat at the moment. They never reacted to any of my contacts.. There is absolutely no reason for them to hold my withdrawal that long. The status didn't even change once and stays on "pending" since the 28.06.21 ... literally nothing happened there and i hope you can understand that i am upset about this. I feel like i am getting scammed i planned with the money so it would be great if you can get back to me and tell me what you can do in this case.
