Deposited £5000 on the casino using no bonuses, got to a balance of £6000 and place 6 times £1000 withdrawals on 18/5/18. Fully verified my account with ID and VA. Decided to self-exclude myself as wanted a break as felt I lost a bit of control. Got told withdrawals were in process now they are insisting on a Skype Video call to do further checks. First they said a telephone call now they are saying a recorded Skype call and they just keep adding to what they want.I spoke to UKGC today who stated that this shouldn’t be needed and have been referred to you. I can’t access the account now as I have self-excluded and they are not releasing my funds. All I want is my funds back!
