I’ve been waiting since the 2/12/21 for a withdrawal. I’ve sent all the relevant documents twice over and i received an email to say I was fully verified on the 26/12/21. Still No money received and when enquiring about where my money was, i was then asked to open an ewallet account,even though I’ve never used an ewallet account before. I opened a PayPal and I sent all the requested screenshots. Now they are claiming they have paid me the money into my PayPal on 24/01/22. I have received no money what so ever, I downloaded a statement from PayPal to show that I have received no money, I have sent this statement 3 times. I just keep getting the same response the relevant team are looking into it. I have completely lost my patience. What they have done is sent the money to the wrong PayPal email. They obviously have not checked the documents what they requested in regards to PayPal. If they had of done then they would of seen that my PayPal email is different to the email which I used to sign in to their casino. I’m currently having some financial problems and the money of mine what they are holding would be a huge help right now. I must have over 30 emails from this casino, every single time they just try to fob me off. I’m at my wits end with it all. I just want to get my money and tthen totally forget about this experience because it has not been pleasant, its been extremely stressful. Kind regards

Requested withdrawal 6 days ago. Account verified within 2 days. Recieved email to say account was fully verified and withdrawal would be processed soon and that was 4 days ago. Tried to get an update and make a complaint. Just received pre scripted replies from. The online support. Have made complaints directly to casino. Not has a reply. Can you help

I won back in December 2020. I've sent them all the various selfies and documents they requested. At first I was getting the excuse of someone is looking into it then later I won't get any response after numerous emails. It's so frustrating not hearing anything back after 6 months of chasing. Withdrew sometime in April/Early May, sent selfies and other docs they asked for in June. Have emailed at least 10 times if not more and haven't even had one proper reply yet, and live chat a few times as well. I understand they've lost their UK licence but the email said all sites are still open for users to withdraw winnings but I've been waiting over 3 months for mine now! Please help, Best Regards

Hello. I had noticed a successful claim against Spinit casino from another player in your claims section and took note because I fell foul to the same issue. I last played at Spinit casino on December 3rd 2019. I had lost £1000 that day but could at least look forward to 10% (£100) cashback as per the arrangement the casino had made with me. An arrangement that had previously kept me coming back, depositing and playing on a weekly basis. Shortly after my last visit they closed my account without settling the outstanding cashback. Hello, I made a deposit and won some funds, wagered my deposit bonus as requested and jsut got banned for no reason after verifying my account and trying to withdraw my winnings.

I had been on a 10% weekly cashback incentive deal with Spinit Casino for some time. I last played on Monday the 4th of November 2019 and lost £2400 that day. Hi, i have an on going issue with Spinit casino. I have had a withdrawal in pending status for quite some time now for £1362.60. At first they requested i send the usual documents for verification purposes. I sent my driving licence, bank statement and photos of my payment card i used. They then requested for a photo of me holding my driving licence which i have also sent. My problem is they are now asking for a notarozed copy of my driving licence which i think is unnecesary as i have already sent all the previous documents required. I find it unreasonable they expect me to find time to book an appointment and pay a notary to do this. I have emailed their complaints department as i feel this could be a stalling technique to delay my withdrawal but seemed to get a cut and paste response how they will close of suspend my account if i don't provide this. Hi, i have been a member with SpinIt for several months and after a few weeks they gave me VIP status, this included receiving extra bonuses etc. I have made several withdrawals with them in the past which have gone through very quickly. The casino has a maximum withdrawal limit of £1700 per day so after i hit a big win on a 25% deposit bonus i made 2 withdrawals. On the 17.11.17 i made a withdrawal of £1700 and on the 18.11.17 i made a further £1511 withdrawal. To date in my casino history it still says awaiting approval. I have been on live chat several times to be told the payments department are investigating my withdrawals but they are unable to provide me a reason.
