SpinIt - Withdrawal Delay

Withdrew sometime in April/Early May, sent selfies and other docs they asked for in June. Have emailed at least 10 times if not more and haven't even had one proper reply yet, and live chat a few times as well. I understand they've lost their UK licence but the email said all sites are still open for users to withdraw winnings but I've been waiting over 3 months for mine now! Please help, Best Regards
