SpinIt - Waiting for a withdrawal since 2/12/21
I’ve been waiting since the 2/12/21 for a withdrawal. I’ve sent all the relevant documents twice over and i received an email to say I was fully verified on the 26/12/21. Still No money received and when enquiring about where my money was, i was then asked to open an ewallet account,even though I’ve never used an ewallet account before. I opened a PayPal and I sent all the requested screenshots. Now they are claiming they have paid me the money into my PayPal on 24/01/22. I have received no money what so ever, I downloaded a statement from PayPal to show that I have received no money, I have sent this statement 3 times. I just keep getting the same response the relevant team are looking into it. I have completely lost my patience.
What they have done is sent the money to the wrong PayPal email. They obviously have not checked the documents what they requested in regards to PayPal. If they had of done then they would of seen that my PayPal email is different to the email which I used to sign in to their casino. I’m currently having some financial problems and the money of mine what they are holding would be a huge help right now. I must have over 30 emails from this casino, every single time they just try to fob me off. I’m at my wits end with it all. I just want to get my money and tthen totally forget about this experience because it has not been pleasant, its been extremely stressful.
