I won back in December 2020. I've sent them all the various selfies and documents they requested. At first I was getting the excuse of someone is looking into it then later I won't get any response after numerous emails. It's so frustrating not hearing anything back after 6 months of chasing. Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you!
